Rotational molding of plastics

Rotational molding is a cool and engaging method to create aesthetically pleasing and unique plastic products. It begins as a unique type of powder that will transform into plastic. To begin with, the workers mix this powder with resin and place the combination in a mold, which is a type of container with a certain form. Finally, they heat the mold until the powder flows as a liquid. This step is crucial because the melted plastic must entirely line the inside of the mold.
